Does B1F except Multisport card?
Yes, you can use multisport card for:
– classes at both locations -Benešova 14 + Václavská 6
– fitness center at both locations + wellness at Benešova 14
B1F Václavská WITH NO TIME LIMITATION.
B1F Club – Multisport fully coveres 100min. There is an extra free 120,-for a stay longer than 100min.
What is included in BIG ONE FITNESS Club membership and what is not covered?
Membership includes:
– Unlimited access to both branches BIG ONE FITNESS Club, Benešova 14 and BIG ONE FITNESS Mendlák, Václavská 6
– Many classes every week – timetables at www.big1fitness.cz
– Cross Workout (=crossfit) cage and area for functional trainings (Václavská 6)
– Wellness with salt stones, sauna world (steam, Finnish 80°C and 110°C) + Ladies sauna in women’s changing room, heated roman benches, relaxing area, showers with special programs like Midnight storm, Rain Forrest…
– Towel service
Membership does not apply to:
– Pole Dance- 110,-/class
– Cross Workout special training in crossfit cage with a trainer 115,-/class
– private whirlpools in wellness – 50, -/ 20min. hygienic charge for water. Each client has its own clean water.
– Solarium, parking, personal training, massages and other services
Does a month pass to B1F Mendlák (Václavská 6) refer to pass to the other fitness B1F Club (Benešova 14)?
Pass to B1F Mendlák does NOT apply to a branch B1F Club.
But membership in B1F Club includes unlimited access to B1F Mendlák !
Is a pass for 10 + 1 free class valid to both branches?
Yes, it is valid in both branches.
This pass is only valid to group lessons, it does not apply to the gym or wellness, lessons of Pole Dance and Cross Workout.
What is the price of solarium?
-B1F Mendlák – Two types of horizontal tanning 9,-/min. and 10,- /min.
pass 60 min. = 540 –
– B1F Club – vertical tanning 11,- / min.
pass 60 min. = 560, –
Does a corporate membership applie to classes ?
Yes, the membership includes unlimited access to all classes, except:
– Pole Dance -extra 110,-/class – because of the special equipment and the limited capacity of 8 people
If I have a corporate membership, under which it is necessary to make reservations after 16:00 does it apply to weekends?
Yes, reservations for big companies after 16:00 are also necessary at weekends (if the company has this type of membership).
Is there a parking lot for clients?
parking at Benešova 14:
– Parking lot for clients is situated from the side of the building in the yard for 30, -/ 2 hours, each next hour 30,-
parking at Václavská 6:
– in front of the building, there is a huge parking lot
– 1 hour free for visitors of B1F – please inform the receptionist, they will reduce the price on your parking ticket
Where should I change clothes when I go to the wellness center ?
Dress up and take a shower in the changing room and then go in a swimsuit, bath towel and flip-flops or other rubber footwear to wellness. Don´t change your clothes directly in the wellness and don´t leave your clothes in the wellness area!
What to wear to the wellness?
Wear a bath towel or sheet. It should cover all intimate parts.
Is it possible to borrow a large bath towel/ sheet at the reception ?
Smaller towel (to put on the machine during workout) is included in B1F Club membership.
This small towel not included in single entrance to classes.
Huge bath towel can be rented for a fee 30, – extra, sheet or gown for 50, -extra.
It is possible to leave my stuff in the locker and come back for it later?
Unfortunately this is not possible, when leaving, please check that you have not forgotten anything in the locker.
Do I need to have my own lock for the locker ?
We can lend you a lock for 100,-refundable deposit or ID, but if you come regularly it ´s better for you to have your own lock.
