Where should I change clothes when I go to the wellness center ?
Dress up and take a shower in the changing room and then go in a swimsuit, bath towel and flip-flops or other rubber footwear to wellness. Don´t change your clothes directly in the wellness and don´t leave your clothes in the wellness area!
What to wear to the wellness?
Wear a bath towel or sheet. It should cover all intimate parts.
Is it possible to borrow a large bath towel/ sheet at the reception ?
Smaller towel (to put on the machine during workout) is included in B1F Club membership.
This small towel not included in single entrance to classes.
Huge bath towel can be rented for a fee 30, – extra, sheet or gown for 50, -extra.
It is possible to leave my stuff in the locker and come back for it later?
Unfortunately this is not possible, when leaving, please check that you have not forgotten anything in the locker.
Do I need to have my own lock for the locker ?

I am a group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience working with hundreds of clients from all over the world.
I was born in Brazil, raised in the USA. I have spent several years working as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer in the UK, Brazil and the Czech Republic.
I've trained clients ranging from athletic to absolute beginners, and from highly motivated to highly social. I am experienced in Physique training ,weight & shape management, athletic performance, and seniors' fitness. I've also taught group classes such as Body pump, Boot camp, Tabata, Insanity, Core Strength
My passion for personal training stems from a love for fitness and a desire to help others achieve goals.
My background is a sporty one, having practiced athletics, capoeira, football, and jujitsu from a tender age. Being in a team environment has enabled me to acquired a skill set that allows me to make decisions, solve problems and work with others to get desired results.
