How to get a Gift certificate?

In person at BIG ONE FITNESS or BIG ONE FITNESS Club ticket offices. Payment in cash at ticket office.

Voucher will be sent to you by mail via “cash on delivery” (there is an additional charge of CZK 100,- for mail services). Date of delivery is 5 working days.
